“It’s all about value just like in the building,” said Nak-He Evans, recently
named general manager for Costco Services, credit cards and operations
support, who will be taking over this column.
Nak-He may be new to Costco Services, but she’s certainly not new to the
Costco way of doing things.
She started in 1991 pushing carts at San Leandro, Calif., and for the next
10 years worked in all areas of merchandising and warehouse operations.

“Think Costco First doesn’t just apply to TVs and groceries. Costco Services
supports all our members’ needs – from home to business to life,” Evans said.
